Our interpersonal relationships are not random interactions, nor are they carefully managed affairs on behalf our ego; rather there’s a rhythm and rhyme of progress in accordance with internal blessings and guidelines on behalf of our Soul.  The more we appreciate this inner Soul sanction at work, the more effective our relationships become.  Pushing for household improvements or changes pays off.  Family unity is strong and supportive.  But, info or travel snags may strike; proceed cautiously.  Carefully choose your words to advance smoothly.

The time has come when you can achieve your aims through the encouragement of others. Encouragement is one of the great powers over men. It can inspire them to the heights of co-operation, even to the point of transcending the fear of death itself. When encouraging others, you yourself must have in your heart a firm knowledge of the uncompromised truth. Then you’ll show kindness and gentleness in your relations.  When you speak, others listen!  You get a lucky break that inspires a former adversary to see things your way.  A nod of approval greets your novel idea or creative solution.  Surprise news proves fortunate.

Today, a chance you and a partner or colleague want to take holds real promise.  But first, solid foundations must be laid and plans put firmly in place.  No compromise is possible. Your resolve must spring from your heart and must be voiced to your friends, family, and community. Let others know fully of your intentions to overcome obstacles. This should be done calmly, cheerfully, and with authority, thus giving you a psychological advantage such as a master of gamesmanship holds over his opponent, then you’ll emerge the victor in a competition—or even in a game of love!

To bring about change it is necessary to confidently rely upon your inner strength and the correctness of your character while allowing the forces in your current situation to fully act upon you.  Putting into effect your novel work methods sparks positive change in projects.   A tense alliance is soothed as you talk openly and express that you care deeply.  Your innovative concept overturns opposition that has been delaying a project or accord, and allows everyone to win.

Thursday December 8, 2011
Today, your mental-emotional sensitivity to circumstances is acute:  You have an objective and critical approach to the common factors in the culture, as well as to the psychological problems of others around you.  As the events of the day unfold you operate both as an objective mind, guide, and an emotional leader in events.  The path to success is apt to grow slippery now.  Info and outcomes are uncertain, so maintain your footing by getting proof before you make crucial decisions or promise your support.  Loose lips could jeopardize the launching of a key project; watch what you say, particularly this evening.

Friday December 9, 2011
Today, think fresh and contemporary.  Rid yourself of old prejudices and opinions that may be controlling your behavior and holding you back. If your goals and principles are not consonant with those of your society now, then you must make an adjustment in yourself.  Credit and financial issues are subject to sudden upheavals.  Make sure that sound logic, not emotion reigns.  Though others are pushing for change on a job project, you’re sticking to proven methods and swift action wins the day.

Saturday December 10, 2011    Full Moon (Gem); Lunar Eclipse
Today, what comes to you is a “power from above,” the grace or the Providential assistance which can make you a true leader in the culture. It is not merely external success (as is given by society to its prima donnas), but a spiritual response, a sign of inner strength and uncommon endowment.   Brainstorming helps you develop an idea that’s a winner.  A far-off or long-range issue may be blurry and solutions to complex matters elusive.  Don’t make plans until all facts are in.  Good news perks you up.
