Many of us say things like, “I’m so busy. I have so much to do. I’m incredibly stressed.” What we are really saying is “Look at me. I’m so busy, so important, so successful.” Stress becomes our story, our drama, and we start identifying with frustration and anxiety. This year, be willing to give up this mind-set, give up the drama. Once you do, you become authentic, spontaneous—you live up to the Light you are.
